International specialist in growth and sparring for business owners and the management. More than 20 years of experience in board work and executive management in various types of companies from owner managers to listed.

Good business understanding means that

I quickly analyze your situation and familiarize myself with the key issues.

I like to think in new directions and challenge the existing. Good chemistry, trust, respect, transparency, and focus make a board work well. It is important to me that the task of the board of directors is to create value, and that the board of directors is composed in such a way that the right and relevant competencies are present.
